Who looks outside, dreams.
Who looks inside, awakens."

💜 Come Home to Yourself - Women's Renewal Retreat 💜
July 18-21, 2024
Light on the Hill Retreat Center, Van Etten, NY
In this wonderfully relaxing and fulfilling retreat, we will:
- Slow down, quiet down, and tune in to connect
with our inner wisdom and guidance
- Have space for reflection, rest, and renewal
- Cultivate a foundation of self-care, self-compassion, and self-honoring
- Strengthen the ground we stand on as we discover the
peace, power, and joy that is available in an authentically-lived life
- Make space for sacred silence
When we come home to ourselves, we strengthen our reserves and
lean into our inner wisdom and true guidance.
✨ 5 spots available! ✨
❤ Invitation to Change for NYS Parents! ❤
Inspired Possibility is honored to partner with the CMC: Foundation for Change
with a grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation to present a free
Invitation to Change Group for parents from the following NY regions:
Rochester/Finger Lakes, Western NY, Central NY, Southern Tier, Capital Region, and North Country.
To learn more about the Invitation to Change, please join our free informational call
The vast majority of families affected by substance use navigate their pain alone, without access to strategies
that could help them support their loved ones and themselves—even though these strategies exist!
The Invitation to Change (ITC) approach is a holistic helping framework based in science and kindness,
designed for the families of people struggling with substance use.
It offers a set of down to earth, compassionate tools for creating an environment where change is more likely to happen,
while also sustaining and caring for yourself along the way.
✨Invitation to Change Virtual Group for NY Parents
15 weeks: Next group will begin in August, 2024
If you are a parent in NY who has a child struggling with substance or alcohol use,
and you'd like to learn a compassionate, effective approach to take care of yourself
while strengthening your relationship
and working together toward recovery, please join us.
